What modifications can I make to a stock house plan?
Some commonly requested modifications are: rearranging interior walls, eliminating windows, fireplaces, reconfiguring kitchen cabinets & appliances, changing ceiling heights, changing exterior surfaces (brick, siding, stucco), Changing garages entry location, stretching or reducing the square footage of a plan.
